Shingobee recently completed a new office building for Edina Realty, located on Schmidt Lake Road in Plymouth, MN. Construction of the 10,000 square foot building for owner United Properties started in August 2014 and was completed in January 2015.

The new one-story building is designed to accommodate nearly 100 agents and staff, with state-of-the-art technology and a combination of private and open, flexible workspaces. Features like the lobby fireplace and open kitchen area provide a warm, welcoming environment for employees and clients alike.

Lori Livingston, Edina Realty’s Facilities Planner/Assistant, who worked closely with our project team throughout the construction, commented “I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, but you are truly one of the best I’ve had the privilege to work with!”
