Brausen Automotive Addition

Shingobee provided this major remodel of Brausen Family Automotive Repair during the winter of 2020–2021.

The project involved demolition of an existing convenience store and car wash, construction of a new convenience store, expansion of the existing auto service center with additional service bays and a new car wash, and renovation of the fuel canopy to re-brand to Holiday. The customer service area was updated for a more family-friendly atmosphere.

Shingobee’s team worked with the owner and architect during pre-construction to budget, explore options, provide value engineering, and manage permitting, so the project could move forward. Work was started in October 2020 and completed in April 2021. The service center remained open for business throughout construction.
