This new facility, for a respected group of community banks, is a single-story, 4,600-square-foot building. The one-acre site, located on a main thoroughfare in the town, required soil correction and demolition of existing buildings prior to construction. Shingobee provided cost estimates and budgeting during the pre-construction phase. Construction was completed in 18 weeks.
