Grand Casino Hinckley Silver Sevens Renovation

Shingobee provided Construction Management services for the renovation of the Silver Sevens nightclub at Grand Casino Hinckley.

Shingobee worked closely with DSGW Architects during design and documentation phases, providing cost estimating and scheduling, and managed the construction of the project.

The 5,700-square-foot entertainment venue has a stage, dance floor, and seating for 225 with a walk-up service bar. The bar includes seats for 17 with slot machines and four walk-up service stations. Electrical and mechanical systems and support spaces were modified to support the new areas. The overall project size is 10,000 square feet.
