Roosevelt Inn & Suites

Watford City, North Dakota

Expansion of the Roosevelt Inn & Suites in Watford City, North Dakota, was completed in April 2013. This family-owned hotel is just minutes from Theodore Roosevelt National Park and located within the Bakken Formation oil fields in western North Dakota, where housing and hotel room shortages are critical. The four-story addition added 60 rooms to the hotel, including two-room suites, 44 standard rooms, a deluxe breakfast room, fitness center, meeting spaces, and vending and laundry facilities.

Construction began in spring of 2012 and proceeded to an on-time, on-budget completion in April 2013.
