Shingobee has built two facilities for Youngstedts, a local, family-owned group of auto service stations in the Twin Cities.

The Tire & Auto Service center in Wayzata, MN, was constructed in 2012. A 7,400 square foot Car Wash & Detail Center was constructed in Maple Grove, MN, in 2018.
