Marriott City Center - Northern Shores Grille

Shingobee has provided several major renovations of the Marriott City Center Hotel, located in the heart of the business district in downtown Minneapolis.

In 2019-2020, renovation of all public spaces was completed, including the lobby, bar and restaurant on the 5th floor, the fitness center on the 7th floor, and the meeting and ballroom spaces on the 4th, 6th, and 8th floors. All-new finishes, flooring, casework, and lighting were provided throughout, and all levels of the atrium were repainted including the ceiling drywall at the skylights.
