Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

Eight Minnesota Locations

Shingobee has completed eight Which Wich Sandwich shops, in Apple Valley, Blaine, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, Savage, and Woodbury, Minnesota.

The shops are tenant improvement projects, ranging in size from 1200 to 2000 square feet, and are typically completed in a six-week timeframe. The interiors follow a national standard for the franchise, with bright colors and prominent signage and graphics. An ordering station is provided at each shop, to implement Which Wich’s unique customer-oriented ordering system. Full kitchen installation is coordinated as part of our contract.

Two of the projects were provided for franchisee Ebling Restaurants, LLC, in 2011 and 2012. Five of the locations were for franchisee Middle A Restaurants, LLC, and the Eden Prairie store was constructed for VIA Food Services, LLC.
