Shingobee recently completed construction of Yard House, the latest addition to the restaurant and bar scene in The Shops at West End in St. Louis Park, MN. As of this week, the restaurant is now open!

The 10,500 square foot space features high end finishes, open views of the kitchen and keg room from the dining/bar areas, and unique ceiling treatments and wall murals. The highlight, however, is the refrigerated keg lines that run across the ceiling to the center bar, offering 140 varieties of beer on tap.

Shingobee constructed the restaurant in an existing vacant space at West End, meeting a challenging 17-week schedule for completion of the construction. An exterior patio area will be finished and available later this spring.

Yard House is part of the Darden Restaurants group. Other restaurants that Shingobee has constructed for Darden include Olive Garden restaurants in Mankato and Brainerd, and several Red Lobster remodels around the state. For more on our restaurant construction experience, visit our Projects page.
